100 grams butter 4 piece cashewnuts 1 springs coriander leaves 1 tablespoon coriander pdr 1/2 teaspoon crushed fenugreek leaves 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 100 ml Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 2 slice green chillies 2 tablespoon oil 1 number onion 500 grams Raw chicken slices 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 200 grams Tomato 0 tomato ketchup ( optional ) Directions cut chicken into thin slices apply ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli shallow fry in oil and set aside to the leftover oil add cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste and very little bit water stir little bit add coriander powder, cashew, chili powder, methi, green chili and tomatoes and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up then let it cool down a little bit for safety reasons :) put it in a blender put butter into the pan, add water from cooked chicken to it when the butter is melted add the blended tomato sauce add a little water if needed add a little sugar and color add little tomato ketchup add cream add the chicken add very little garam masala cook for few more minutes
