Salad Sauce: 3 dl sunflower oil, other oils separate quickly 3/4 dl vinegar, I like Aceto Balsamico (balsamic vinegar) or unfiltered apple cider vinegar 3/4 dl water 1.5 tbsp. sunflower lecithin 1 tbsp. parsley, dried 1 tbsp. thyme, dried 1 tbsp. basil, dried, I use fresh if i have 1/2 tbsp. black pepper, freshly grinded 1/2 tbsp. oregano, dried 1/2 tbsp. rosmary, dried 1 teasp. chili powder Mix well with a hand blender or in a mixer and store cooled. Cooled it can be kept 3 months or more.
