Salad Sauce: 3 dl oil, I like sunflower oil 3/4 dl vinegar, I like Aceto Balsamico or unfiltered apple cider vinegar 1/2 dl water 1-1.5 tbsp. sunflower lecithin 1 tbsp. parsley, dried 1 tbsp. thyme, dried 1 tbsp. basil, dried, I use fresh if i have 1/2 tbsp. black pepper, frisch gemahlen 1/2 tbsp. oregano, dried 1/2 tbsp. rosmary, dried 1 teasp. chili powder Mix well with a hand blender and store cooled.
