My mother calls it that way because it uses the same amount of the 4 major ingredients.

1 teasp. 1.5 teasp. 2 teasp. 2.5 teasp. 3 teasp. Vanilla Extract
1 teasp. 1.5 teasp. 2 teasp. 2.5 teasp. 3 teasp. Butter Scotch Extract

Sugar Icing

Mix well and coat the cake after baking. Add some sugar beads for decoration.
